A roll-off dumpster will be delivered on a truck or trailer. It will then be unloaded in your desired location for you to fill at your convenience. We will return to pick the dumpster up at the end of your rental period or sooner if you are ready.

Dumpster sizes are measured in cubic yards and typically range from 10 to 40 yards. The right size depends on your project where smaller projects like cleanouts may need a 10-15 yard dumpster and larger construction jobs might require a 30-40 yard one. We have found the most popular size is our 17-20 yard dumpster. Even though we only offer the 17 yard dumpster we can still accommodate the needs of larger dumpsters with scheduled pickups and returns. Just let us know what you require and we will do the rest. 

Moving the roll off dumpster requires specialized equipment. To prevent damage to your property or our equipment, please let us know where you would like the dumpster to be located before or at the initial delivery. In some cases we can return to move the dumpster later, but you will incur extra expenses to do so.

We understand that unexpected fees can be frustrating, and we are committed to providing transparent, upfront pricing for your rental. Any additional charges only apply to situations that result in extra expenses beyond the original agreement. These may include items such as prohibited materials, excess weight, "truck ordered not used" (TONU) costs, extended rental periods, or inaccessible pickups. Rest assured, we will make every effort to help you avoid any additional fees.

Most dumpsters allow for household junk, construction debris, and yard waste. However, hazardous materials like chemicals, electronics, and batteries are prohibited. 

Prohibited items include:

Batteries

Chemicals

Freon

Wet paint (dried paint is acceptable)

Tires

Concrete

Compressible tanks (propane, old air compressors, etc)

You’ll want the dumpster on a level, sturdy surface like a driveway to avoid damage. If placed on soft ground like grass, it could leave marks or kill the grass. Every dumpster we provide is equipped with sleds to minimize damaged to your property.

Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial relationship. There are many factors that go into implementing weight limits. They are primarily set based on equipment capacity, public safety, and DOT regulations. Please schedule a second dumpster if you are going to exceed the weight limit to avoid additional fees.

Our dumpsters have a 17 yard capacity. That’s about 6-9 truck bed loads! They have the same capacity as a 20 yard dumpster from other companies with a slightly smaller footprint. Measuring 14ft x 7ft x 5.5ft, you still get the 3 tons capacity.

Please don’t!

We pride ourselves in maintaining the appearance and integrity of our equipment. Most dumpsters are made of high strength painted steel. Burning anything in the dumpster might alter the structural integrity of the steel and will definitely damage the paint job.

We will customize your rental period to meet your needs. Let us know if you require extra days beyond the original agreement. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request if the schedule allows it. We do charge an affordable daily rate for additional days in this case.
